These classes are super fun, high-energy dance workouts that you are sure to enjoy!! Each class lasts approximately 30 minutes for the perfect fit into a busy day!
Our kids dance classes are especially fun and exciting! They are designed for little movers aged 6-12! The dance style is predominantly East African Contemporary, but we occasionally like to add modern pop and throwback songs just for fun! Bring your little movers and come check us out! We would love to have you!
Remember to bring your water bottle and a smile! Can't wait to see you soon!
